Exhibit Hall

The Instrumental Room, located on the first floor, will serve as the primary exhibit hall. Additional rooms are available for instrument trials throughout the day. Each exhibitor booth is equipped with a six-foot table and two chairs; extra tables are available for an additional fee. Exhibitors requiring access to electrical outlets should notify us in advance, and every effort will be made to accommodate these requests. Approximately 10-12 exhibitors can be accommodated, subject to individual space requirements. Exhibit spaces are allocated to organizations on a first-come, first-served basis, contingent upon registration and payment. Wireless internet access is available for mobile payment devices.

Schedule

The building opens at 7:45 a.m.; exhibitors may arrive any time thereafter to set up.

General registration starts at 8:15 a.m., followed by event activities beginning at 9:00 a.m.The schedule includes an hour dedicated exclusively to exhibits (time to be determined).

Exhibits may remain open throughout the day.

All exhibitors are required to pack up and vacate the facility by 7:00 p.m.

Fees

Standard booth (one table): $75

 Extra tables: $25 each (subject to availability)

 Booth fee includes Flute Fair admission for two individuals; additional staff must register separately as guests.

Complimentary water and coffee will be provided, and onsite food concessions will be available.
