2026 FSGP FLUTE FAIR
CALL FOR PROPOSALS
The Flute Fair Committee is currently accepting proposals for workshops, clinics and other presentations for the 2026 Flute Fair to be held on Saturday, February 28th at West Chester University.
- We are particularly seeking proposals for participatory workshops with topics of general interest to amateur flutists, teachers and students.
- Presentations may not exceed 50 minutes in length.
- Proposals for performances may not exceed 8 minutes (solo or small chamber groups) or 15 minutes (Flute Choir Lobby Concerts).
- Please complete the proposals form, including short bio and any supporting materials via the embedded forms linked below by December 28, 2025.
Please note: The Flute Society of Greater Philadelphia will follow any COVID policies/guidelines set forth by West Chester University at the time of the event. All presenters and attendees will be expected to adhere to these guidelines in order to participate.
