2027 FSGP FLUTE FAIR
The Flute Fair Committee invites proposals for workshops, clinics, and other presentations for the 2027 Flute Fair, to be held on Saturday, February 27, 2027, at West Chester University.
We especially welcome participatory workshops on topics of interest to amateur flutists, teachers, and students of all ages, including young flutists.
Session proposals are for educational presentations. To propose a performance, please use the appropriate Lobby Concert or Members’ Recital proposal form.
Time Limits
Session presentations: Maximum of 50 minutes.
Members’ Recital performances: Maximum of 8 minutes of performance time for soloists or small chamber groups.
Flute Choir Lobby Concerts: Maximum of 15 minutes of performance time.
Submission Requirements and Deadlines
Please complete the appropriate proposal form below, including a brief biography and any supporting materials, by the applicable deadline:
Session proposals: December 1, 2026.
Lobby Concert and Members’ Recital proposals: December 15, 2026.
The Flute Society of Greater Philadelphia will follow any health policies and guidelines in effect at West Chester University at the time of the event. All presenters and attendees must adhere to these requirements to participate.
