2027 FSGP FLUTE FAIR

The Flute Fair Committee invites proposals for Flute Choir Lobby Concerts at the 2027 Flute Fair, to be held on Saturday, February 27, 2027, at West Chester University.

Performances may not exceed 15 minutes.

Proposal Timeline

• December 15, 2026: Submit your proposal using the embedded form below, including a brief biography and any supporting materials.

• January 15, 2027: Applicants will be notified of acceptance.

• February 8, 2027: All flute choir performers must complete their Flute Fair registration.

The Flute Society of Greater Philadelphia will follow any infectious disease policies and guidelines in effect at West Chester University at the time of the event. All presenters and attendees must adhere to these requirements to participate.
