Developing Mental and Physical Awareness through Mindful Practice

Whether engaging in live or recorded performance situations, in-person or online teaching and education, many experience physical aches and pains and difficulty focusing. In this interactive workshop, Morgann Davis (Certified Yoga Instructor) will share simple breathing and physical exercises which may be incorporated into one’s daily routine to increase mental stamina, focus, and body awareness. Ms. Davis will explain why and how these exercises work so well to create physical and mental clarity for flutists of all ages and stages.
