The Flute Society of Greater Philadelphia understands that plans sometimes change. Refund eligibility is based on the type of payment and the amount of notice provided before an event.

Nonrefundable Fees

The following fees are nonrefundable:

• Membership dues
• Competition fees
• Audition fees

A payment-processing fee may be deducted from any approved refund.

Event Registration Fees

60 days or more before the event:
Registration fees are refundable.

8–59 days before the event:
50% of the registration fee is refundable.

7 days or fewer before the event:
Registration fees are nonrefundable.

Space-Limited Events

For events with limited enrollment, registration fees are refundable only if the participant's space can be filled from the waiting list. Any refund will otherwise be subject to the timelines and conditions stated above.

Flute Fair and Special Event Expenses

Refund policies for our flute fair and other special event expenses may differ from the general policy above. Please refer to the specific event information for applicable refund terms.
