Exhibit Hall

  • The exhibit hall will be located in the Instrumental Room on the first floor. Additional rooms will be available for instrument trials throughout the day.   
  • Each booth will include one six-foot table and two chairs. Extra tables are available for an additional fee.
  • Please let us know if you require an electrical outlet and we will do our best to accommodate you.   Please bring your own extension cords as there is only one side of the room with an outlet.
  • We are able to accommodate approximately 10-12 exhibitors, depending on your space needs.  These spaces will be distributed to the first organizations to register and pay for their spots.
  • The building has wireless internet access for your mobile payment devices.


  • NEW TIME* Please arrive by 9:00 AM to set up. The building will open at 7:45 am for the youth competitions, so feel free to come earlier if you need more set-up time. 
  • General attendee registration will begin at 9:45 am and the exhibit hall will open to the attendees at 10:00 AM. 
  • Dedicated exhibit times are 10-11 am, 4-4:30 pm and 5:30-6:30 pm.  The lunch hour, 12:30-1:30, is also a busy exhibit hall time.
  • The exhibit hall will close at 6:30  and the guest artist concert begins at 7:00 pm.  Exhibits need to be packed up and out of the hall by 7:30 pm.

Membership and fees

You must be a current business member of the Flute Society of Greater Philadelphia to exhibit at our Flute Festival. That membership includes a listing in our newsletter, flute fair program book, online directory, as well as access to our members through our newsletter and emails. As a member, you can also post news to our online news blog. If you are not yet a business member, please register here.

The fee for one table is $75.  There are a limited number of additional tables that are available to add to your display for $25 each.  Fees include admission to the Flute Fair for 2 individuals. Additional personnel must register as a guest. Water and coffee will be provided throughout the day.  Food concessions will be available onsite. 


Philadelphia International Airport is about a 30-40 minute drive from campus.

There are many hotels within a 15 mile radius of the University.
