2022 FSGP FLUTE FAIR COVID-19 SAFETY POLICY

We plan to hold this event in-person (with the exception of competitions, which will be virtual).

Due to the uncertain status of the COVID-19 virus and changing CDC guidelines, the Board of Directors of the Flute Society of Greater Philadelphia (a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation) has decided to adopt the following safety policy for our 2022 Flute Fair.

All persons (of any age) attending, performing, presenting, or exhibiting, must present proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 or a negative COVID-19 (PCR) test taken within 72 hours of the start of the flute fair.

Masks (covering both the nose and mouth) are required to be worn in all buildings at West Chester University, regardless of vaccination status.

We will be monitoring CDC guidelines for additional developments and will update in-person safety protocols as needed and in accordance with West Chester University policy. See their updated protocols on their website.

If it is not possible to hold a safe in-person event, the FSGP 2022 Flute Fair will be held virtually.
